Age is not a problem (must be 18 though)- our membership consists of young geezers and old geezers.
Workshops are varied and stimulating, from beginner workshop to more experienced projects - always a good time and always something to learn
Our workshop and facilities provide modern woodwork equipment which we are continually updating.
The Club is open Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from 8.30am to 12.00pm.
Coffee, tea and biscuits are always available.
Yes - we do have women members!!
The Club was established in 1990 and through the hard work of the members and some assistance from the Bathurst Regional Council, it has developed into a vital organisation. During that time we have doubled the footprint of the Club. The result being members are very proud of what they have achieved.
We lease the premises from Bathurst Council and we cover all other operating expenses including the maintenance, electricity, insurance, tools purchase and repairs, morning tea etc. Funds are raised mainly through varied events throughout the year, check regularly for event updates!
We are open 3 days a week at our club house for you to buy genuine wood handcrafts.
Our Club has long been recognised as a group for promoting skills in woodwork to provide social relationship with others, a caring environment, in a subtle manner covering concerns of physical and mental health, robust fun and social activities.
